2492 – I, Muḥammad, and I, ʿAbd Allāh, said: al-Ḥasan ibn Muḥammad al-Dhāriʿ narrated to us; he said: ʿAbd al-Muʾmin ibn ʿAbbād narrated to us; he said: Yazīd ibn Jaʿfar narrated to us, from ʿAbd Allāh ibn Shuraḥbīl, from Zayd ibn Awfā, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to ʿUmar, “You will be with me in Paradise, the third of three from this ummah.”
