2468 – Ahmad ibn ʿAbd Allah ibn al-Khadir told us: Muhammad ibn ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Ahmad ibn Bishr narrated to us; Ahmad ibn ʿImran said: Ibn Fudayl related to me; he said: ʿAmmar ibn Ruzayq narrated, from Hashim ibn al-Barid, from Zayd ibn ʿAli, who said ⦗1381⦘: “Abu Bakr al-Siddiq is the Imam of the grateful.” He then recited: “And Allah will reward those who give thanks.” (Āl ʿImrān 3:144)
٢٤٦٨ - أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْخَضِرِ، قَالَ: نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، قَالَ: نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، قَالَ: نا عَمَّارُ بْنُ رُزَيْقٍ، عَنْ هَاشِمِ بْنِ الْبَرِيدَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ ⦗١٣٨١⦘: أَبُو بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقُ إِمَامُ الشَّاكِرِينَ , ثُمَّ قَرَأَ: ﴿وَسَيَجْزِي اللَّهُ الشَّاكِرِينَ﴾ [آل عمران: ١٤٤]
