2450 – Muhammad ibn ʿAli ibn al-Nadr related to us; ʿAli ibn ʿAbd Allah ibn Mubashshir related to us; he said: ʿAbd al-Hamid ibn Bayān narrated to us; he said: Khalid ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Abu Bakr, that he saw in a dream as though he were dressed in a striped hullah hibarah, with two kutbān across his chest. He told the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about it, and the Prophet said, “The striped hullah is something better for you than your children, and the kutbān signify a governorship of two years, or that you will be in charge of the people for two years.”
