2421 – Jaʿfar ibn ʿAbd Allah ibn Yaʿqūb told us; he said: Muḥammad ibn Hārūn al-Ruwayānī told us; he said: ʿAmr ibn ʿAlī told us; he said: Sahl ibn Ḥammād narrated to us; he said: al-Mukhtār ibn Nāfiʿ al-Tamīmī narrated to us; he said: Abū Ḥayyān al-Taymī, from his father, from ʿAlī.

2422 – And Aḥmad ibn ʿAbd Allah al-Aṣbahānī told us; he said: ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Abī Ḥātim told us; he said: ʿUmar ibn Shabbah told us; he said: Abū ʿAttāb Sahl ibn Ḥammād told us; he said: al-Mukhtār ibn Nāfiʿ, from Abū Ḥayyān al-Taymī, from his father, from ʿAlī, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “May Allah have mercy on Abū Bakr. He married me to his daughter, conveyed me to the land of emigration, and emancipated Bilāl with his own wealth.”
