228—Al-Hasan informed us. He said: Ahmad ibn al-Hasan informed us. He said: Bishr narrated to us. He said: Muawiyah narrated to us. He said: Abu Ishaq narrated to us from Ibn Uyaynah, from Sulayman al-Ahwal, from Tawus, who said:

“Whenever Allah mentions vain desire in the Quran, He does so in condemnation of it.”
