2231 – Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn al-Jarraḥ related to us; he said: ʿUbayd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn ʿAbd al-ʿAziz related to us; he said: al-Ḥakam ibn Musa ibn Abi Zuhayr Abū Ṣāliḥ and Ziyād ibn Ayyūb both narrated to us. ḥ

2232 – And Ahmad said: Zaydān ibn Muhammad narrated to us; he said: Ziyād ibn Ayyūb narrated to us; he said: Mubashshir ibn Ismaʿil narrated to us; he said: al-Awzāʿī, from ʿUmayr ibn Hāniʾ, from Junādah ibn Umayyah, from ʿUbādah ibn al-Ṣāmit, who said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him….” ḥ

2233 – And Muhammad ibn ʿAbd Allah al-Juʿfī related to us; Muhammad ibn Jaʿfar ibn Riyāḥ al-Ashjaʿī narrated to us; he said: ʿAlī ibn al-Mundhir narrated to us; he said: al-Walīd ibn Muslim narrated to us; he said: al-Awzāʿī, from ʿUmayr ibn Hāniʾ, from Junādah ibn Abī Umayyah, from ʿAbd Allah ibn al-Ṣāmit, who said that the Prophet—peace and blessings be upon him—said:

“Whoever bears witness that there is no god but Allah alone with no partner, that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, that Jesus is the servant of Allah, His messenger, and His word which He cast to Mary, and a spirit from Him ⦗1257⦘, and that Paradise is real and the Fire is real—Allah will admit him into Paradise in accordance with what he has done.”

2234 – And Muhammad related to us; he said: Muhammad related to us; ʿAlī narrated to us; al-Walīd [ibn Muslim] narrated to us: ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Yazīd ibn Jābir told me that he heard ʿUmayr relate this ḥadīth, from Junādah ibn Abī Umayyah, from ʿUbādah ibn al-Ṣāmit, from the Prophet—peace and blessings be upon him—with the same wording, adding: “Indeed, Allah will admit him into Paradise through any of its eight gates he wishes.”

Both of them recorded it through the transmission of al-Walīd.
