2220 – Jaʿfar ibn ʿAbd Allah ibn Yaʿqūb told us; he said: Muhammad ibn Hārūn narrated to us; he said: ʿAmr ibn ʿAlī and ʿAbd Allah ibn al-Ṣabbāḥ al-ʿAṭṭār both narrated to us; they said: Badal ibn al-Muḥabbar narrated to us; he said: Harb ibn Maymūn Abū al-Khaṭṭāb narrated to us; he said: al-Naḍr ibn Anas, from Anas, who said:

“I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to intercede for me on the Day of Resurrection.” He said, “I will do so.” I asked, “Where shall I look for you?” He replied, “Look for me first on the Bridge.” I said, “And if I do not meet you on the Bridge?” He said, “Then look for me at the Balance.” I said, “And if I do not meet you at the Balance?” He said, “Then look for me at the Pond, for I never fail to be present at these three stations.”
