211—Ubayd Allah ibn Ahmad informed us. Yaqub ibn Ibrahim informed us. Umar ibn Shabbah narrated to us. Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr narrated to us. Abu Jafar al-Razi narrated to us, from Umar ibn Ubayd Allah ibn al-Hasan, from Fatimah bint al-Husayn, from Ali, who said: “Beware of disputation, for it effaces religious commitment.”
٢١١ - أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ , قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ شَبَّةَ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ , عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ , عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ الْحُسَيْنِ , عَنْ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ: «إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْخُصُومَةَ فَإِنَّهَا تَمْحَقُ الدِّينَ»
