2200 — ʿUbaydullah ibn Muhammad related to us; ʿUthman related to us; Hanbal narrated: I asked Abū ʿAbdillah, “Will Allah speak to His servant on the Day of Resurrection?” He answered, “Yes. For who will judge between all creatures except Allah? Allah will speak to him while he stands before Him and will question him. Allah is ever-speaking; He has never ceased to command whatever He wills and to decree as He pleases. There is no peer and no equal to Allah.”
