209—Ahmad ibn al-Faraj informed us. He said: al-Husayn ibn Ahmad ibn al-Rabiʿ narrated to us. He said: Abd Allah ibn Ayyub narrated to us. He said: Hajjaj narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: Ibn Abi Mulaykah informed me, from Aishah, that the Prophet, may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him, said: “The most hated of men to Allah is the fiercely contentious disputant.” Al-Bukhari transmitted it.
