Section: A sequence of narrations transmitted from the Prophet ﷺ affirming that the dead, while in their graves, are unaware of the conditions of the living unless Allah returns their souls to them. Allah, the Exalted, says: “You cannot make those in the graves hear” (Qur’an 35:22).
