2173 – ʿAlī ibn Muḥammad ibn Yaʿqūb narrated to us; Aḥmad ibn Jaʿfar al-Maghāzilī narrated to us; he said: Mūsā ibn Naṣr narrated to us; he said: Maʿmar ibn Bishr narrated to us; he said: Ibn al-Mubārak narrated to us; he said: Sulaymān al-Taymī, on the authority of Abū ʿUthmān—who is not the Nahdī—on the authority of his father, from Maʿqil ibn Yasār, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Recite Ya Sīn over your dying.”
