2049 – Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān narrated to us; he said: Yaḥyā ibn Muḥammad ibn Ṣāʿid narrated to us; he said: Muḥammad ibn ʿAlī ibn al-Ḥasan ibn Shaqīq narrated to us; he said: my father narrated to us ⦗1165⦘; he said: Muḥammad ibn Muzāḥim narrated to us, from ʿAmr ibn Dīnār, from Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “A group of people will emerge after they have become mere charcoal. They will then be taken to a river of Paradise, washed in it, and will come out like shining beads (ath-thaʿārīr). They will enter Paradise with the inscription between their shoulders: ‘Freed by Allah from the Fire.’”
