2013 — Al-Qāsim ibn Jaʿfar informed us; he said: Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Ahmad ibn Ḥammād informed us; he said: ʿAlī ibn Ḥarb narrated to us; he said: Saʿīd ibn Sālim al-Qaddāḥ narrated to us, from Mubashshir ibn Jabalah, from ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz ibn Ismāʿīl, from Muhammad ibn Muṭarrif, who said: Allah says, “Where is the one who commits a sin and then asks Me to forgive him, so I forgive him? Then he sins again and asks Me to forgive him; then he sins yet again and asks Me to forgive him, and I forgive him. He neither abandons his sin nor despairs of My mercy. I call you all to witness that I have forgiven him.”
