1947 – Mahdī ibn Muḥammad al-Naysābūrī related to us; he said: Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad ibn Dallawayh narrated to us; he said: Aḥmad ibn Ḥafṣ ibn ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; he said: my father narrated to us; he said: Ibrāhīm ibn Ṭahmān narrated to us, from Simāk, who said: I heard al-Nuʿmān ibn Bashīr say:
The Prophet ﷺ said, “Allah says: ‘Turn to Allah with sincere repentance’ (Q 66:8).” He then explained: “A person repents of the sin and thereafter never returns to it.”
