1940 – ʿĪsā ibn ʿAlī informed us; ʿAbd Allah ibn Muḥammad al-Baghawī informed us; he said: ʿAlī ibn al-Jaʿd narrated to us; he said: Ibn Thawbān narrated to us, from his father. ḥ

1941 – Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān likewise told us; ʿUbayd Allah ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Sukkari informed us; he said: Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Fārisi narrated to us; he said: ʿAlī ibn ʿĀṣim ibn ʿAlī narrated to us; he said: ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Thābit ibn Thawbān narrated to us, from his father, from Makḥūl, from Jubayr ibn Nufayr, from ʿAbd Allah ibn ʿAmr, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Allah accepts His servant’s repentance as long as the death-rattle has not yet begun.”
