1936 – ʿAbd al-Rahman ibn ʿUmar reported to us; Muhammad ibn Jaʿfar reported to us; he said: Ahmad ibn ʿAbd Allah ibn Yazid narrated to us; he said: ʿAbd al-Razzaq narrated to us; he said: Maʿmar, from Hammam, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The Hour will not be established until the sun rises from the West. When it rises and the people behold it, they will all believe, and that is the moment when, ‘no soul will benefit from its faith’ (Qur’an 6:158).”
