167—Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn al-‘Abbas informed us. He said: Ya‘qub ibn Ibrahim related to us. He said: ‘Umar ibn Shabbah related to us. He said: Yahya al-Qattan related to us. He said: Isma‘il related to us. He said: Qays related to us. He said: I heard al-Mughirah say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “There will never cease to be people from my Ummah who prevail over the people, until Allah’s command comes to them while they remain prevailing.”
