154—Muhammad ibn ‘Ali ibn al-Nadr informed us. Al-Husayn ibn Safwan al-Bardha‘i informed us. He said: Ja‘far ibn Muhammad ibn Shakir al-Sa’igh narrated to us. He said: Khalid ibn Yazid al-Qarani narrated to us. He said: Mu‘tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from his father, from ‘Abdullah ibn Dinar, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Allah will never unite this community upon misguidance.” He said: “Allah’s Hand is over the congregation, so adhere to the great majority. For whoever separates from it will be separated in the Fire.”
