1708 — Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Abdullah narrated to us; Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Ziyad said: Abd al-Karim ibn al-Haytham narrated to us; Abu al-Yaman said: Safwan narrated to us, from Shurayh ibn Ubayd, that Abdullah ibn Rawahah would take one of his companions by the hand and say, “Come, let us renew our faith for a while,” then he would sit in a gathering of remembrance.
١٧٠٨ - أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، قَالَ: أنا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، قَالَ: نا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ: نا صَفْوَانُ، عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَوَاحَةَ، كَانَ يَأْخُذُ بِيَدِ الرَّجُلِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ فَيَقُولُ: «قُمْ بِنَا نُؤْمِنْ سَاعَةً، فَيَجْلِسُ فِي مَجْلِسِ ذِكْرٍ»
