1689—Ubayd Allah ibn Ahmad informed us: Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn al-Fadl al-Samiri ⦗1006⦘ informed us; al-Hasan ibn Arafah said: Rawh ibn Ubadah informed us; Shubah informed us, from Qatadah, who said: I heard Anas relate from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: “None of you truly believes until he loves for people what he loves for himself, and until he loves a person only for the sake of Allah.”
