148—Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Bakr informed us. He said: Al-Hasan ibn Uthman informed us. He said: Ya‘qub narrated to us. He said: Abu Salih Abdullah ibn Salih narrated to us. He said: Mu‘awiyah ibn Salih narrated to us that al-Awza‘i told him that Yazid al-Raqashi told him that he heard Anas ibn Malik say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
“Indeed, the Children of Israel divided into seventy-one sects; all of them are in the Fire except one.”
It was asked, “Messenger of Allah, which is this one?” He clasped his hand and said: “The united body. So hold fast, all together, to the rope of Allah, and do not be divided.”
١٤٨ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَكْرٍ , قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ أَنَّ الْأَوْزَاعِيَّ حَدَّثَهُ أَنْ يَزِيدَ الرَّقَاشِيَّ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «إِنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ افْتَرَقَتْ عَلَى إِحْدَى وَسَبْعِينَ فِرْقَةً , كُلُّهُمْ فِي النَّارِ إِلَّا وَاحِدَةً» . فَقِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا هَذِهِ الْوَاحِدَةُ؟ فَقَبَضَ يَدَهُ وَقَالَ: «الْجَمَاعَةُ , فَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا»
