1681—Ahmad ibn Umar ibn Muhammad al-Asbahani informed us: Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Salim al-Makhrami informed us; Salman ibn Tawbah narrated to us; Dawud ibn al-Muhabbar narrated to us; al-Mu'arriq ibn Abbad al-Qaysi narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Sa'id al-Maqburi, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet ﷺ said ⦗1001⦘: “Part of the completeness of a servant’s faith is that he makes an exception in all that he says.”
١٦٨١ - أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، قَالَ: أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ الْمَخْرَمِيُّ، قَالَ: نا سَلْمَانُ بْنُ تَوْبَةَ، قَالَ: نا دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْمُحَبَّرِ، قَالَ: نا الْمُعَارِكُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ الْقَيْسِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ ⦗١٠٠١⦘: «إِنَّ مِنْ تَمَامِ إِيمَانِ الْعَبْدِ أَنْ يَسْتَثْنِيَ فِي كُلِّ حَدِيثِهِ»
