143—Ubayd Allah ibn Ahmad ibn Ali informed us: Ahmad ibn Ali informed us; Ziyad ibn Ayyub narrated to us; Hushaym narrated to us; Mujalid narrated to us, from Ziyad ibn Ilaqah, from Usamah ibn Sharik, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say:
“Whoever comes upon my ummah while they are united, seeking to divide them, kill him, whoever he may be.”
١٤٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُجَالِدٌ , عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ , عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ , قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ جَاءَ إِلَى أُمَّتِي وَهُمْ جَمِيعٌ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَاقْتُلُوهُ كَائِنًا مَا كَانَ»
