1461 — Muhammad ibn Uthman ibn Muhammad al-Basri informed us: Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn al-Jarrah al-Darrab informed us: Yusuf ibn Sa‘id narrated to us: Hajjaj narrated to us, from Shu‘bah, from Qatadah, from Anas, who said: “The moon split during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.” It was narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim.
