1429 — And al-Hasan ibn ‘Uthman informed us; he said: Ahmad ibn al-Hasan informed us; he said: Ja‘far ibn Muhammad al-Sa’igh narrated to us; he said: Muhammad ibn Sabiq narrated to us; he said: Isra’il narrated to us, from ‘Uthman ibn al-Mughirah, from Mujahid, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “Indeed, I saw Moses ⦗852⦘, Jesus, and Abraham. As for Jesus, he was ruddy, curly-haired, and broad-bodied. As for Moses, he was dark-complexioned, powerfully built, and straight-haired, as though he were one of the men of the Zutt. As for Abraham, look at your companion”—meaning himself, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
