113—Isa ibn Ali informed us; Abdullah ibn Muhammad al-Baghawi informed us; Muhammad ibn Ali ibn al-Hasan ibn Shaqiq narrated to us; Abdan narrated to us, from Abdullah—that is, Ibn al-Mubarak—who said: Sufyan said, “I found that the proper course is to follow the transmitted tradition.”
