Among the jurists who held the same view were Malik ibn Anas, Sufyan al-Thawri, Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi, Abu Yusuf the judge, and Ahmad ibn Hanbal.
1346 — It is reported from Muhammad ibn Sirin that he disapproved of animals slaughtered by the Qadariyyah.
وَمِنَ الْفُقَهَاءِ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، وَسُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، وَأَبُو يُوسُفَ الْقَاضِي، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ مِثْلُهُ.
١٣٤٦ - وَعَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ أَنَّهُ كَرِهَ ذَبَائِحَ الْقَدَرِيَّةِ
