1314 — Al-Hasan ibn ‘Ali al-Wa‘iz informed us. He said: Muhammad ibn ‘Umar ibn al-‘Abbas al-Khazzaz informed us. He said: ‘Abd Allah ibn Ishaq al-Mada’ini narrated to us. He said: Muhammad ibn ‘Uthman ibn Makhlad narrated to us. He said: ‘Abd Allah ibn Dawud al-Wasiti narrated to us, from Malik, from al-Zuhri, who said: “Belief in predestination is the pastureland of heresy; whoever enters it gallops.”
