Reports concerning the Qadari who claims that Allah did not create the deeds of His servants, nor decree them for them; who denies that Allah created those deeds and attributes the acts to himself rather than to Him.
سِيَاقُ مَا رُوِيَ فِي أَنَّ الْقَدَرِيَّ الَّذِي يَزْعُمُ أَنَّ اللَّهَ لَمْ يَخْلُقْ أَفْعَالَ الْعِبَادِ وَلَمْ يُقَدِّرْهَا عَلَيْهِمْ وَيُكَذِّبُ بِخَلْقِ اللَّهِ لَهَا وَيَنْسِبُ الْفِعَالَ إِلَى نَفْسِهِ دُونَهُ
