1132 — Jaʿfar ibn Abdullah ibn Yaʿqub informed us. He said: Muhammad ibn Harun al-Ruyani informed us. He said: Muhammad ibn Ziyad narrated to us. He said: Hassan ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn al-Fadl ibn Atiyyah, from Kurz ibn Wabarah al-Harithi, from Muhammad ibn Kaʿb al-Qurazi, who said: I mentioned the Qadariyyah—those who deny divine decree—in the presence of Abdullah ibn Umar. He said: “When the Day of Resurrection comes, the people will be gathered upon one open plain. Then a caller, whom the first and the last will hear, will call out: ‘Where are the adversaries of Allah?’ Thereupon, the Qadariyyah will rise.”
