1125 — Abd al-Rahman ibn Ubayd Allah informed us. He said: Ahmad ibn al-Hasan informed us. Abd Allah ibn Ahmad narrated to us. He said: My father narrated to us. He said: Abd Allah ibn al-Walid narrated to us. He said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Dawud, from Ibn Sirin, who said: “If the people of divine decree are not among those who engage in disputation concerning Allah’s signs, then I do not know who they are.”
