1070—Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Abbas informed us: Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ibrahim ibn Nayruz dictated to us: Amr ibn Ali narrated to us: al-Hasan ibn Habib ibn Nudbah narrated to us: Rawh ibn al-Qasim narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, from Suraqah, who said: I said, “O Prophet of Allah, tell us about our religion as though we were looking at it.” He said, “Should they act concerning that which the pens have already written and the decrees have been established?” He said, “Act, for everyone is facilitated for that for which he was created.”
