And regarding His saying: “Allah erases whatever He wills and confirms whatever He wills; and with Him is the Mother of the Book” [al-Ra‘d: 39].
وَفِي قَوْلِهِ: ﴿يَمْحُو اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيُثْبِتُ وَعِنْدَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ﴾ [الرعد: ٣٩]
