Reports narrated from the Prophet forbidding contemplation of Allah’s Essence. ⦗580⦘
It is also reported from Umar: “Reflect upon Allah’s creation, but do not reflect upon Allah.”
سِيَاقُ مَا رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي النَّهْيِ عَنِ التَّفَكُّرِ فِي ذَاتِ اللَّهِ ﷿ ⦗٥٨٠⦘ وَعَنْ عُمَرَ: «تَفَكَّرُوا فِي خَلْقِ اللَّهِ وَلَا تَفَكَّرُوا فِي اللَّهِ» .
