Al-Wasita bayna al-Haqq wa-l-Khalq - Ibn Taimiya - (18)

Allah the Exalted also says,

“Those who disbelieve will be herded toward Hell in throngs. When they finally arrive and its gates are flung open, its keepers will ask, ‘Did messengers not come to you from among yourselves, reciting to you the revelations of your Lord and warning you about the meeting of this Day of yours?’ They will reply, ‘Indeed they did, but the sentence of punishment has become inevitable for the disbelievers.’” ⦗Az-Zumar 39:71⦘

He likewise says,

“We send the messengers only as bearers of glad tidings and as warners. Whoever believes and mends his ways shall have no fear upon them, nor shall they grieve; but those who deny Our signs will be overtaken by the punishment for the corruption they used to commit.” ⦗Al-Anʿām 6:48–49⦘

And He says,

“We have revealed to you—as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him—revelation to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Tribes, Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon; and We gave David the Psalms. There are messengers We have already told you about and others We have not told you of. Allah spoke to Moses directly—messengers sent as bearers of good news and as warners, so that people would have no plea against Allah after the messengers. Allah is ever Almighty, All-Wise.” ⦗An-Nisāʾ 4:163–165⦘

وقال تعالى: ﴿وَسِيقَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ زُمَرًا حَتَّى إِذَا جَاؤُوهَا فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنكُمْ يَتْلُونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِ رَبِّكُمْ وَيُنذِرُونَكُمْ لِقَاء يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا قَالُوا بَلَى وَلَكِنْ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ﴾ [الزمر: ٧١] ، وقال تعالى: ﴿وَمَا نُرْسِلُ الْمُرْسَلِينَ إِلاَّ مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ فَمَنْ آمَنَ وَأَصْلَحَ فَلاَ خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا يَمَسُّهُمُ الْعَذَابُ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْسُقُونَ﴾ [الأنعام: ٤٨، ٤٩] ، وقال تعالى: ﴿إِنَّا أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ كَمَا أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى نُوحٍ وَالنَّبِيِّينَ مِن بَعْدِهِ وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإْسْحَقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَالأَسْبَاطِ وَعِيسَى وَأَيُّوبَ َيُونُسَ وَهَارُونَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ وَآتَيْنَا دَاوُودَ زَبُورًا وَرُسُلاً قَدْ قَصَصْنَاهُمْ عَلَيْكَ مِن قَبْلُ وَرُسُلاً لَّمْ نَقْصُصْهُمْ عَلَيْكَ وَكَلَّمَ اللهُ مُوسَى تَكْلِيمًا رُّسُلاً مُّبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ لِئَلاَّ يَكُونَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى اللهِ حُجَّةٌ بَعْدَ الرُّسُلِ وَكَانَ اللهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا﴾ [النساء: ١٦٣: ١٦٥] . ومثل هذا فى القرآن كثير.
