Hadith Twenty-Seven

38 – With the same chain up to Abū Yūsuf: Abū Yūsuf narrated to us, from Abū Ḥanīfa, from Ḥammād, from Ibrāhīm, from Abū ʿAbd Allāh al-Jadalī, from Khuzaymah ibn Thābit, from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said: “Concerning wiping over leather socks: for the resident it is permitted for one day and one night, and for the traveler three days and their nights.”
