32 – Through the chain that reaches Ibn Khayrun: Abu Bakr al-Qatiʿi narrated to us; Bishr ibn Musa narrated to us; Abu ʿAbd al-Rahman al-Maqriʾ narrated to us, from Abu Hanifah, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, from Abu ʿAbd Allah al-Jadali, from Khuzaimah ibn Thabit, who reported that the Prophet ﷺ wiped over the leather socks and then fixed their time limit: one day and one night for a resident, and three days and their nights for a traveler.
