Hadith Eight

11 – Via the previously mentioned chain, through Abu Hanifah, from al-Haytham, from an unnamed narrator: Two men took their dispute over a she-camel to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Each of them produced witnesses asserting that he had assisted at the animal’s birth. The Prophet therefore awarded the camel to the man in whose possession it presently was.
