9 – With the chain that reaches Ibn al-Jawzi: al-Mubarak narrated to us, Abu Mansur al-Sawaq narrated to us, Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn Jaʿfar ibn Hamdan narrated to us, Bishr ibn Musa narrated to us, Abu ʿAbd al-Rahman al-Muqriʾ narrated to us, Abu Hanifah—⦗22⦘ from Hammad, from Ibrahim—reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ designated Dhat ʿIrq as the miqat for the people of Iraq.
