Our hopes—and those of all Muslims at home and abroad—are firmly placed, after Allah, in His Eminence the General President of the Departments of Scholarly Research, Fatwa, Islamic Outreach and Guidance to undertake this Islamic mission of reform, so that Allah may fulfil these hopes through him. This mission is his charge; he is the most entitled and qualified to undertake it, and he bears responsibility for it at every level. May Allah preserve him and benefit the Muslims through his knowledge and striving. Indeed, He is the best One to ask.
