Blood Donation
Question: Is it permissible for my brother to donate his blood to my wife?
Answer: There is no objection to that. If the need arises for your wife to be treated with a blood transfusion, she may receive blood from your brother or from anyone else; God willing, there is nothing wrong with that.

A Muslim should also have a share of the night prayer, ending it with witr. The Duha prayer, too, is an established Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). These are acts of worship
