942 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; al-Ḥusayn ibn ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz narrated to me; he said: I heard ʿUthmān ibn ʿAmr, and Abu ʿAffān informed us; he said: I heard Yazīd ibn Tamīm say:

“Whoever is not restrained by the Quran and by death, then ⦗139⦘ even if the mountains were to crash against one another before his very eyes, he would still not be deterred.”
