901 – ʿAbd Allah related to us; my father narrated to me; Wakīʿ narrated to us; Isrāʾīl narrated to me, from Abū Isḥāq, from Abū al-Aḥwaṣ, from ʿAbd Allah:

“With every joy comes a sorrow, and no house is filled with gladness without it also being filled with tears.”
