900 – ʿAbd Allah related to us; my father related to me; Sulaymān b. Ḥayyān Abū Khālid related to us; al-Aʿmash related to us, from Shimr b. ʿAṭiyyah, from Mughīrah b. Saʿd b. al-Akhram, who said: ʿAbd Allah passed by the blacksmiths, noticed a piece of iron that had been heated until it was red-hot, and wept.
