885 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Ayyub narrated to us; Abu Bakr ibn ʿAyyash narrated to us, from al-Aʿmash, from Abu Waʾil, from ʿAbd Allah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Whoever Allah intends good for, He grants him understanding of the religion and inspires him with sound guidance.”
