ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us; my father narrated to us; Yazīd ibn Hārūn narrated to us; from Muḥammad ibn Ibrāhīm—the father of Abū Bakr ibn Abī Shaybah—from Muḥammad ibn ʿAmr; from Abū Salamah; from Abū Hurayrah, who said:

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Make frequent remembrance of the destroyer of pleasures (death).”
