864 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to us; Yazid narrated to us; al-Masʿudi narrated to us, from al-Qasim ibn ʿAbd al-Rahman who said: ʿAbd Allah remarked, “To fear Allah is knowledge enough, and to be self-deluded is ignorance enough.”
