- ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Mutalib ibn Ziyad narrated to us, from ʿAbd Allah ibn ʿIsa, who said: On the face of ʿUmar ibn al-Khattab—may Allah be pleased with him—there were two dark streaks left by his constant weeping.
٦٣٨ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي أبِي، حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِيسَى قَالَ: كَانَ فِي وَجْهِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ (رضي الله عنه) خَطَّانِ أَسْوَدَانِ مِنَ الْبُكَاءِ "
