- ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Sulayman ibn Dawud narrated to us; Shuʿbah narrated, from Abu Bakr ibn Hafs, who said: “It was conveyed to me that Abu Bakr used to fast during the summer and break his fast in the winter.”
٥٨٥ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي أبِي، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَفْصٍ قَالَ: ذُكِرَ لِي أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ كَانَ يَصُومُ الصَّيْفَ وَيُفْطِرُ الشِّتَاءَ
